The result obtained using the Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) assay shows the presence of a Campylobacter spp. co-infection with Ct values of 29.99 (Figure 2) in the FAM channel and Aeromonas spp. with a Ct value of 43.52 (Figure 1) in the Quasar 670 channel, respectively.
