The KMRtrack transplant monitoring system, developed by GenDx, enables the performance of a PCR test to detect chimerism after transplantation, providing a quantitative assessment of the presence of residual tissue from the organ that was to be replaced. This makes it possible to detect recurrences at an early stage.

KMRtrack is a sensitive and accurate method for analyzing DNA mixtures from different individuals, based on the comparison of markers located at highly polymorphic loci scattered across all chromosomes. 

The KMRengine software for analyzing chimerism automates the selection of intuitive markers and post-transplant monitoring.

DNA sequencing for HLA genotyping is an essential step in donor selection for unrelated transplants. We currently offer an NGS-based solution that performs deep sequencing of 13 HLA loci. This is a full-cycle solution (from sample preparation to the issuance of a clinical report). The NGSengine software package is used for this purpose; it is highly user-friendly for those without a background in bioinformatics, yet provides a wide range of tools for optimizing parameters and identifying the causes of questionable results. The reagents and software are CE-IVD certified. With the introduction of the Anatomical Materials Registry in Ukraine, HLA genotyping has become particularly relevant and will undoubtedly be in high demand among participating laboratories.
