  Some of the high-quality detection kits listed below offer the option of additional quantitative determination of the pathogen in the sample using a separate quantitative standard.  Serial dilutions of the quantitative standard must be carefully prepared with a specified number of genome copies per microliter (copies/μL). Fragments of the infectious agents listed below are carefully measured to 2 × 10⁶ copies/μL. The data obtained from these serial dilutions during PCR cycles are plotted to form a standard curve, which serves as a reference for determining the concentration of the pathogens listed below in the test sample.   NZYtech quantitative standards are available in liquid form in 0.1 mL vials and are compatible with all standard real-time thermal cyclers.
