A binary or four-channel pump (optional) ensures precise solvent mixing at pressures up to 15,000 psi. Automatic solvent compression compensation, integrated solvent degassing, and programmable seal flushing ensure maximum flow accuracy. The operating flow range is 0.001 to 2,000 mL/min for the binary pump and 0.001 to 2,200 mL/min for the four-channel pump.Versatile column control
Suitable for analytical columns up to 300 mm in length with automated switching between six columns (150 mm in length) using an optional column manager. Equipped with temperature zone control, solvent preheating, and eCord™ Intelligent Chip technology for each column. The column temperature can be maintained within the following ranges (depending on the type of column manager):- from 20.0 °C to 90.0 °C;
- from 4.0 to 90.0 °C.
Sample Manager
Two sample manager designs are available:- “flow-through-needle” (FTN) for aspirating samples and holding them in the needle while preparing the sample for injection into the column. The needle becomes part of the flow path, so the mobile phase flushes the needle during the cycle, ensuring complete sample recovery and minimizing carryover. The standard configuration supports injection volumes of 0.1–10 μL. Additional extension loops can increase the volume up to 1,000 μL.
- The FL “fixed loop” supports injection volumes ranging from 0.1 μL to 250.0 μL in 0.1 μL increments. The standard configuration includes a 10 µL loop with additional loops of 1, 2, 5, 20, 50, 100, and 250 µL.
